Aluminati CSAE Policy for the Communicator App

Aluminati is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment across all our platforms, including the Communicator app. We take a zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and comply with all applicable child protection laws and Google Play requirements.

1. Prohibited Content and Behavior

We expressly prohibit any content or behavior that involves:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Grooming, predatory behavior, or solicitation of minors
• Sharing or requesting explicit content involving minors
• Any activity that may put children at risk

These standards are publicly outlined in our Terms of Service.

2. Reporting Mechanism

The Communicator app includes an in-app reporting feature allowing users to report:

• Inappropriate messages or media
• Abusive or predatory behavior
• Suspicious profiles

Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.

3. Enforcement and Remediation

Upon verification of CSAE content or behavior:

• The content is immediately removed
• Accounts involved are suspended or banned
• Where applicable, cases are reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant local authorities
